The hotel staff were friendly and cute, always greeting us with a smile. The lobby of the hotel was fine, with beautiful decor and a luxurious atmosphere. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the city.
I was disappointed with the size and condition of our room. It was small and plain, and the bathroom had mildew.

Stylish and friendly staff. Great location for sightseeing and shopping. Immaculately cleaned rooms with daily turndown service. Lovely extras like pick and mix sweets and champagne for special occasions. Easy access to attractions and public transport. Definitely recommended for future stays.

We loved the hotel's location near the opera and within walking distance of the department stores. It made shopping and sightseeing easy. The area had a vibrant energy, similar to Montmartre, and there were plenty of bistros nearby for quick and delicious meals. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We even received a surprise gift of chocolate and a bottle of wine with a hand-written card, a lovely touch.

The location of this hotel is perfect! It is situated in the bustling Opera district, close to a big shopping center and the best shopping places in Paris. The metro station is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city.
Some guests have mentioned that the water pressure in the showers can be weak.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. Its location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing. the spacious and clean room had exclusive room advantages such as comfortable beds, superb shower with premium toiletries, private facilities, and great view. the restaurant and bar area had a nice vibe and good drinks. the buffet breakfast was decent, with fresh pastries, fruits, and juices. the staff provided excellent service, and the Spa & wellness centre, health club, and sauna were all exceptional.
I had a minor issue with the green light blinking in the room, but I covered it with a sock, and it was no longer a problem. Despite this small issue, this hotel provided exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and a wonderful location that I would love to return to again.
